Founder of Niko Physical Therapy
Dr. Tripti Joshi is a dedicated and highly skilled physical therapist who founded Niko Physical Therapy in 2024. After earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Southern California in 2017, Dr. Joshi discovered her passion for pelvic health through her own experience as a patient in 2019. This personal journey inspired her to pursue advanced education in pelvic floor physical therapy and dedicate her career to helping individuals facing pelvic pain, pelvic floor disorders, trauma, pregnancy-related concerns, and men’s health issues.
Dr. Joshi specializes in manual therapy techniques, osteopathic pelvic correction, and neuromuscular rehabilitation, with a strong focus on integrating the mind-body connection into her treatments. She is also trained in visceral manipulation through the Barral Institute, enhancing her holistic approach to restoring optimal function and balance. Her practice incorporates principles of postural restoration, dry needling, and Pilates reformer exercises, creating individualized treatment plans that help patients heal, strengthen, and achieve their personal goals.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Joshi enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, swimming, and biking. Her compassion, advanced training, and commitment to holistic healing make her an invaluable resource in the field of physical therapy.
