Dr. Tripti Joshi
Clinical Pilates, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Spine Evaluation
Dr. Tripti Joshi is a dedicated and highly skilled physical therapist who founded Niko Physical Therapy in 2024. After earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2017, she became deeply interested in pelvic floor physical therapy after experiencing it as a patient in 2019. This experience motivated her to pursue post-professional education in pelvic health, where she developed a passion for helping individuals facing pelvic pain, pelvic floor disorders, trauma, pregnancy-related concerns, and men’s health issues.
Dr. Joshi specializes in manual therapy techniques, osteopathic pelvic correction, and neuromuscular rehabilitation, effectively integrating the mind-body connection into her treatments. Her approach incorporates principles of postural restoration, dry needling, and Pilates reformer exercises, all aimed at helping her patients recover and achieve their personal goals.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Joshi enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, swimming, and biking. Her holistic approach and dedication to her patients make her an invaluable resource in the field of physical therapy.
At Niko
Niko Physical Therapy started from a personal passion for a holistic, evidence based, patient-centered approach to wellness. I believe on hands on practice and treating whole body versus a body part. Recognizing the need for compassionate and comprehensive care, I established a place where each individual's well-being is the focus.
