In your first session, we'll meet in a private treatment room where I'll take the time to listen to your story and perform a comprehensive exam. Together, we'll create a treatment plan and plan of care that feels right for you.
To make the most of your visit, please complete your intake paperwork beforehand, wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and bring a list of any questions you'd like to discuss.
I use a mix of hands-on therapy and simple exercises to help your body feel and move better. My goal is not only to improve how you feel, but also to help you understand your body, your pelvic floor, and how all of this connects to your daily life.
Most importantly, we're in this together - this is your plan of care, and I'll be here with you every step of the way.
Therapy sessions are typically about one hour. The exact length may vary depending on your needs and preferences, so we can adjust as needed to make sure you get the care that's right for you.
No - thanks to direct access, you can see a physical therapist in Minnesota without needing a referral from your doctor first. This means you can come directly to us if you're dealing with pain, an injury, or concerns about your pelvic health.
Direct access gives you faster care, saves you the extra step of scheduling a doctor's visit just to get a referral, and helps you start feeling better sooner. During your first evaluation, if we find that another provider would be better suited for your needs, we'll make sure you're connected with the right care.
Yes! I'm here to support you in any way I can so you're able to get the care you need. Many patients have brought their infants and kids to sessions, and they are always welcome. Whatever helps you feel comfortable and continue making progress is what matters most.
Yes! We are proud to serve men as well. We understand that finding the right provider for pelvic health concerns can be challenging, and we are here to help.

We work with women at any stage of pregnancy, and you don't have to wait until after delivery - you deserve to feel better in your body now. We also support women in the postpartum phase, helping you rebuild strength and return to the activities you love.
Many symptoms - such as back pain, hip pain, or groin pain - are often dismissed as "just part of pregnancy," but that doesn't mean you have to live with them. Addressing these concerns during pregnancy can help you stay more comfortable, active, and confident as your body changes.
Don't wait too long to address your symptoms. Many of my older patients tell me they wish they had started care years earlier instead of living with discomfort that only got worse over time.
